Accessibility Statement
What we have done to make this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when we have missed something.
Last updated: 2026-08-27
Our commitment
We want anyone to be able to use this website and to contact the shop, regardless of how they browse. We have built it to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page and a logical heading order.
- Text and interface colors checked to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- A “skip to main content” link as the first focusable item on every page.
- Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning; decorative images marked so screen readers skip them.
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone.
- Form fields with real labels, clear required-field marking, and errors announced to assistive technology rather than shown only by color.
- Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed to 200%.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected.
- The site works without JavaScript, including the contact form.
Known limitations
The map on our contact and home pages is embedded from Google Maps, and we do not control its accessibility. If it does not work for you, our full address is written out as text next to it, and directions are available by phone.
If something does not work for you
Please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it, and we would rather know.

Visiting the shop
Note for the business owner: if the premises have accessible parking, a step-free entrance, an accessible restroom or other arrangements, describe them here. Physical accessibility information is genuinely useful to customers and cannot be written without knowing the building.
