The short version
We collect the minimum we need to quote your job and call you back. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send marketing email.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), vehicle details and message you enter. That information is emailed to the shop and used to respond to your enquiry.
When you call or visit, we keep the ordinary records any repair shop keeps: your contact details, your vehicle, and the work performed on it.
Website analytics
This site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages are read, which links are clicked, and roughly where visitors are located. This is aggregate traffic data. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not combined with the details you submit through a form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking analytics in your browser or an extension.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers beyond the analytics described above. Two third parties may set cookies when their content loads: Google Maps, where we embed a map of the shop, and Google Fonts, which serves the site’s heading typeface.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and service records are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing your vehicle and meeting our record-keeping obligations. If you would like your enquiry details deleted, ask us and we will do it.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than where it is necessary to do the job — for example, ordering a part for your vehicle — or where we are required to by law. We do not sell data.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the website form.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your enquiry records. Contact us using the details below and we will handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
